(For all ingredients, please use organic versions if available)
Collard greens (or Romaine lettuce, etc.)
Nut butter (hemp butter is recommended)
- Spread the nut butter on the collard leaves evenly.
- Cut the mango in half, and then make cubes from it. Scoop the mango out and put it on the collard.
- Add in some cilantro.
- Sprinkle a bit of lime or lemon juice.
- Wrap them all.
- Ready to be served.
